2025: What a Year!

In 2025, we somehow managed to be everywhere at once. Highlights include:

📜 Helped pass legislation allowing natural organic reduction—an environmentally friendly alternative to burial and cremation—and were proud to represent Earth Funeral. Yes, even in death, New Jersey policy is complicated.

📢 Announced a strategic partnership with Hawk Strategies LLC, proving collaboration > competition.

💅 Named one of Insider NJ’s Top 100 Lobbyists in New Jersey, which sounds intimidating but mostly means a lot of meetings.

🙋‍♀️ Honored by ROI-NJ for Women in Business and recognized as a 2025 Irish American Leader by InsiderNJ.

🙌 17 clients named to Governor-elect Sherrill’s transition team. No pressure.

💫 Moderated two panels at the NJ League of Municipalities Conference and presented at the Emergency Management Council Conference—hydration was key.

☘️ Partner Stacy McCormack named Irishwoman of the Year by the Friends of Brian Boru and received the John F. Cryan Spirit Award for her podcast Politics, Pubs, Parades + the Parish.

♻️ Partner Debbie Mans received a Municipal Leadership Award from the Association of NJ Environmental Commissions (ANJEC), because someone around here has to be the responsible one.

🤝 Worked with Elizabeth Schuster on an action plan for Jordan Lake One Water and updated the Raritan Headwaters Association Strategic Plan.

🥄 Potentially dangerous yogurt spoon confiscated at the new Statehouse security checkpoint recovered. A true victory.

🌎 Completed the “Enviro Fix in ’26” document for client NEW JERSEY LCV EDUCATION FUND (title installed, optimism pending).

All in all: a lot of policy, a lot of partners, a lot of panels—and only minimal utensil casualties.
